College Bound Scholarships

College Bound Scholarships for students in the 7th and 8th grade is a new Washington State program that will pay for college tuition, fees, and books for low-income youth (family income below or at 65% of the median WA income) who sign a pledge now saying they will graduate from high school with "good citizenship."
